This morning one of our friends had a great idea for a game outside- let's play hop scotch! We showed our new friend Ms Tracee where to find some chalk, and then she helped us write our numbers. We started out by jumping along the line and calling out the numbers as we jumped on them- we are all really good at recognising our numerals now! So next we tried something a bit more tricky, we practiced counting by two's! Having the numerals there under our feet really helped us to remember what comes next in this tricky counting pattern. We'll keep practicing too!
