Class 4: Outside Play

Some of our friends have expressed fear of some of the insects we see outside on the playground.
We went outside to look for worms in the garden, but could not find a single one. Still, we talked about earth worms and how they help to fertilize gardens to help fresh foods grow.
No worms, but we did find a giant ant. Some of us weren't sure where ants live, but the friends that did helped explain that ants live underground in homes called colonies.
