Class 1 - Circus Colours

This morning, Class 1 talked about the colours that represent the circus. Most of the colours that we see in the circus are red, white and blue. We decided to make artwork that will showcase all of these colours. We got a white paper, some bits of blue and red papers, and we also added orange because the colour represented energy and we know that energy is always present among circus performers and audiences. We categorized each colour into that represented the circus.
Our art activity helped us identify and sort colours, to enhance our fine motor skills and learn more about circus.

Elect 3.5 using descriptive language to explain, explore and extend, 3.6 listening to others, 4.3 representation, 4.6 collecting and organizing information, 5.3 fine motor skills
