Class 5 - Counts in Increments of 10

Over the past few weeks Class 5 have been working towards learning how to count in 2's from 1 to 20. Not only are we now capable of counting in 2's but also in 10's! To make counting extra fun.. we have been working as a team to organize fun numeracy activities! To do

this, we split up in pairs and counted items from 1 to 10. Once we counted these items from 1 to 10, we then set them out in sets in front of us to help us visualize sets of 10's. That's when we started counting: 10...20...30...40...50...60...70...80...90...100.
