Class 3- Our Numeracy Senses

Today Class 3 continued exploring our five senses and this time we 'focused' on our sense of sight. We learned how our eyes are the ones that help us to see and told each other the things we could and like to see around. We even made a chart of all the things we came up with so that we could see with our own "eyes," the list that we created. Then we imagined hearing sounds of birds, cars, children and more. We talked about the tastes and the smells that we all really liked and prefered. We also touched different textures and discussed about how they feel. We then did a numeracy worksheet where we counted the pictures that we could see, smell, touch, hear, and taste. We traced the correct number and also coloured the pictures. We did a great job today!
