Class 2- Yoga

This week our friends engaged in a super fun and interactive yoga class, with our new teacher! We relaxed our mind and bodies through learning calming breathing techniques, while stretching our larger muscles as we tried different poses. Furthermore, we challenged our balancing skills as we held  those poses and extra beat along with our smiles! We had an absolute blast balancing our minds, bodies and spirits! We felt absolutely wonderful after this experience!
