Class 2- 3D Caterpillar Craft

Today Class 2 got started in a super fun 3D art project for our spring season! In spring the sun starts to shine and beautiful animals and insects are seen all around! One of the insects that come our way are colourful caterpillars. To start this project, we gathered tissue paper of all colours, glue, construction paper leaves, gems and stickers. Once we had all our materials, we began by rolling tissue paper into a round shape to make our caterpillars body. We did this by applying glue onto tissue paper and rolling it up using our hands. Once our caterpillars body was made, we designed the leaf with sparkling jewels and vibrant stickers! Overall, Class 2 did an fantastic job, as we listened carefully to the teachers instructions to making our 3D caterpillar!
